I am not exactly sure what herbs I am taking, I get the herbs in a powder form from the Chinese Herbalist. These are taken in the morning and the evening and are disolved in boiling water. Not the best tasting stuff but not all that bad. He gives me 1 week of herbs, to be taking in the 1st week of your cycle to help mature your eggs, and then in the 2ns week he gives me another set of herbs that help release more than one egg. I am currently charting my cycle on fertiliyfriend dot com to learn my cycle and so that I know what day I am O. It's also very empowering knowing what's going on with my body!
