Pregnancy Info HOME

Hi I recently found this thread and I'm thankful for the info on here but it doesnt state anything about doses for anything. I got the tincture form of vitex and wild yam but should I just use the regular doseage instructions on the bottles or do something different, same with the primrose etc, can anyone help?
