No, my iud is not hormonal. I have an apt mid Feb for it to be removed and when I made the apt I asked my OB's nurse how long I should wait b4 trying she said really just 1 cycle. But, ok, should I start taking the supplements and drinking the tea now and use a back up method after I get my iud out? I was thinking of using spermicide for at least 2 cycles, but what do you all think?
