I think 1 cycle is long enough for you to get the supplements in your body. It won't guarantee twins, though but good luck. I'm not sure if this will work either, but this is what I did. After BD, I closed my eyes and imagined eggs being fertilized by sperm. After that, I imagined what it would look like for an egg to split. I kept trying to visualize these images in my mind. I conceived an identical set and a fraternal, but only had fraternal twins because one of the identicals did not develope a heartbeat and was reabsorbed into the body.
