THE Y WILL KNOW RIGHT AWAY what are you talking about i just bough 5 of them yesterday these are wild camotes or yams you will tell it has root and sometines still the dirt from where they got it from and i got different receipes to eat it so i guess it does not matter they way you eat it right? so not online no more go to the mexican store and ask DONDE ESTAN LOS CAMOTES? AND YOU WILL GET THEM THANK YOU AND GOOD LUCK
