Hi everyone. My name is Kira and I am 20 years old.

I have have a Mirena Coil for 4 years and I am looking at having it taken out in the next couple of months.

I am really wanting to have twins. My partner is a twin, and there is a history of twins on both my mother and fathers side.

What can I do to increase my chances. This will be my first pregnancy.
