In response to the Wild Yams...the insurance company Aetna Intellhealth web reports the following so be cautious once you get pregnant.
Pregnancy And Breast-Feeding

Wild yam cannot be recommended during pregnancy or breast-feeding because of the risk of birth defects or spontaneous abortion. Pregnant women should avoid tinctures because of the high alcohol content (15 percent to 90 percent).

the wild yam supplement doest help coz it doesn't have the Agida yam you can find it in the US called as Cassava or Yuca in latin markets this is the one that is suppose to increase the chances to have twins. This particular one comes in its natural form and there is also flower made out of it I personally haven't found it in a supplement but I am looking for it I will keep everybody posted.
