The pains you are feeling ( on left, some on right) sound exactly like my body did on my 2nd round of clomid. My ovaries hyperstimulated and I had 7 follicles ( and a large bunch of immature)..They all released by themselves, but doc ultrasounded me daily for 5 days to make sure I didn't have any lasting negative effects from the overstimulation.( infertility is a risk with overstimulation, as well as all that other stuff you know already.) Maybe ask for an ultrasound just so you can check.... Nasty stuff CAN happen! So there's my clomid story. Something to learn from.
