Krissy- It sounds like you are right on track. You said that you definitely got a positive OPK. Then you should ovulate within 1-3 days. If your temp is normally 97.8-97.9 then you should get a spike either today or tomorrow, this will tell you for sure that you have ovulated if you temperature remains high for at least 7 days in a row. Now if your temp usually runs (ex. 97.5) before ovulation and you are now getting temps that are 97.8-97.9 then you may have already ovulated. If you got a positive OPK within the last two days then I don't think that you have missed your chance! Oh, and I usually feel those same pains just before I ovulate also- like pressure pains around my ovaries! Good Luck and have a great weekend also!!
