I never had side effects on 50 mg but it did work for me as far as ovulation goes. I did move up to 150 mg the following month and did have side effects such as feeling sick and hot/sweaty. I wasn't sure that the 50 mg had worked until I compared temps, OPK's and CM charts for both months. Baby aspirin (81 mg aspirin) is used to help prevent blood clots that can prove fatal to a developing fetus. one 81 mg aspirin a day will thin the blood just enough to help prevent this!!
