Want Twins- Clomid will affect your ovulation day. While taking clomid you normmaly ovulate 5-9 days after your last dose however I ovulate around 12-14 days after last dose, so it will be different for everyone. i would use OPK's to make the best of you doses. I'm sure you know that you aren't soppose to do it more than 6 months in a row or in a year! And it is not reccomended to go past 3 months in a row. If you are aren't ovulating normally then your chances of twins are the same as ours 10% (10 pregnancies out of 100 will be twins) . If you are ovulating already then your chances of twins will be higher than 10% but I am not sure how much higher! I am not exactly in your same situation however I would love to have twins, but my goal is one healthy baby! Me and DH have been TTC for over 2 years now. We never used contraception hoping that it would just happen. Then a little over 2 years ago we started timing ovulation. Then about a year ago I started looking into medications. So I am now on 2nd round of Clomid and praying for a miracle!!! Good Luck on Your Twins and keep us posted!!!
