1. you don't need precription vitamins. get the over-the-counter. they are cheaper, and just as good.
2. you need to eat fresh fruit, veggies, and lots of calcium products such as milk, yogurts, cheese.
3. it is very important to drink plenty of liquids
4.and start to enjoy the pregnancy, since you sound you are not.
