I have a daughter with peanut allergies and have been told to avoid them during this pregnancy. I have been eating other nuts, tho not a lot. There seems to be a connection between eating peanuts and your child developing this allergy, so especially if you or someone in your family has peanut allergies don't eat them during pregnancy.
