Hi I used to smoke as well but I quit as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Just the thought of the baby breathing in smoke was enough to do it for me. My dh smokes too but just not in the house or around me. I'm not sure about the nicotine patches, I would check with your dr. Try some hard candy too. Good luck!!
