I had a c-section august 19th after being in labor for 13 hours, I was only 4 1/2 centimeters dilated. I wanted to have the baby naturally but I ended up having an emergency c section because the baby's heart was decelerating. I had tried to prepare myself for this since I get rather panicky also, but I did not enjoy when they tied my arms down (which no one had told about) I was having a panic attack in the operating room and all of the OR people thought I was nuts. Now im trying to get rid of my flabby belly, I still wish I could have had the baby naturally though.
