hi..i have had two c sections and i had an axiety attack with the first one and totally freaked out...they gave me a "high spinal block" which is when the spinal goes too high and causes you to not be able to breath and shallow breathing...this is rare but it can be very severe you can actually stop breathing and need to be put on a breathing machine until it can wear off anyhow that is really rare i guess......anyhow i has never had anxiety attacks before but after this first spinal i could not swallow at all or talk once it wore off i was fine but i had an axiety attack when this was going on and totally freaked out....so then i had them all the time after my first c....so then when i got pregnagnt again i was freaking and did not want another c...well my 2nd was 10'1 and came c...no problems with him it was easy.....the spinal went fine and i finally stopped having anxiety attacks when my 2nd turned 2 and he is 21/2...we are trying now for a 3rd and i hope it does not trigger them again.....i am scared to have a 3rd c though...
