hi ange, no i never found out what the burning sensation was- i just assumed it was your insides trying to get back to normal. i was put under 2nd time because spinal block wasnt working, they tried 10 times which was already too many attempts. i too couldnt fit into my pjs from prenancy, my husband had to race out and find something in hope it would fit.i sometimes feel tender and sharp pains on and around scar even after 1 1/2 yrs.
