I started lightly exercising about 4 weeks postpartum. My doc didn't mention anything to me about ab exercises. I started doing them about 6 weeks after delivery. I am now 5 1/2 months past my c-section and I work out just like I did before I got pregnant and had no problems. I've got 2 more pounds to lose and the baby weight will be gone.
