What a wonderful experience!! I myself have had three caesarean sections. My first baby was an emergency caesarean. He was in distress so he was delivered quickly. My other two babies were planned caesareans and were wonderful too. Within half an hour everything is done and your back in the ward holding your little precious. Just like yourself the staff in the hospital were so caring and thoughtful. I think that helps a lot when you having people who are genuinely caring when you can feel quite scared. I have three beautiful boys - they are 4, 2 and 6 months. I have been very lucky that I have had no complications with all three caesareans. With my youngest baby I was out on day 3 and recovered with no problems at home. I think possibly another baby would be lovely - maybe in a few years' time though!!
