hi, I had 5...had one emergency c and was talked into having the second one and the rest was a given. I had to have a hysterectomy because the scar tissue stuck my bladder to my uterus and I couldn't go out of the house during my monthly cycle due to heavy bleeding. I love my children, but had a lot of pain due to the internal scar tissue that actually got worse over time. Not to scare you, I needed the first one. Just want to say limit the amount or try vaginals when you can.
