Hi, I had the "bikini cut" each time. My neighbor had a c-section 2 years ago and last week gave birth via VBAC to a larger baby...she was concerned like you but all went rather smoothly. I do know you are flirting with more cesarean related problems if you plan on 3-4. A c-section is considered a trauma to the body and the body will heal itself which comes in the form of scar tissue. I would discuss your plans with your doctor and see if you can at least atttempt a VBAC, ending the labor early rather than later if it looks like a no-go. Once you have your second c you will probably never be allowed to go VBAC again. They have been doing bikini cuts since the early 70's when I was just a little girl myself :~)
