I have a healthy baby girl 6lbs 12oz, she had abit of trouble with an ireagular heat beat when she was born but it is all well now and we are home at last. I recomend the rasberry capsules and sex, Take two capsils and then have sex, after having sex lay on your back with a pillow under your bum as this will keep the sperm in for a bit longer to help soften the cevix. I did have to have a c section, but this was due to my birth canal being to narrow and haveing a perviouse c section before. so good luck to all
