I had an epidural and have tatoos on my back. not at the injection site but close and the drugs did nothing to hurt it in any way. Plus my dad is an anestheologist...the ink isn't water it woln't get in your blood stream and kill you and the drugs they inject are in a needle, they don't touch the skin. just make sure your tatoo is healed. you'll be fine.
