This is a serious matter, you guys should have been more carefull. This is what will happen, if she decides to keep the baby and have it, when it is born, you must be there to sign the papers. However, if you don't...she will put you through court and you'll be required to proceed with a DNA test to verify that you are the father...if it turns out that you are the father, you are put on child support.

If she doesn't put you on child support and she lets you walk free, good for you...but you are being a bad father...she doesn't have a job and very bad things can happen, the baby can get taken away from her due to her inability to care for the baby.

Either way, whats done is done...the rest is up to you.
