Thanks for the advice..Right now I am going through a stressful time..My fiance decided to move out of the house after a silly fight we had and now I really don't know what to do...I know smoking is bad and before all this I was doing very well, now I'm not!! I had my ultra sound done last week and the doctors said that everything looked great I am 9 weeks today and when I went for my ultra sound I was 8 weeks and 1 day the heart rate was at 176bpm and the picture it really looks like a baby!! I am very scared right now, I need the support of my better half and seeing that he doesn't live with me anymore I am having a rough time, and the smoking has picked up, I'm getting worried!!
