With this one I have had a few bouts; but with my daughter, every time I turned around I had diarrhea! Just make sure you're taking plenty of folic acid. I drank lots of water to help ease mine. I don't know what medicines are safe to take or not. Mine went away on it's own. Now I have the opposite problem! :-D
