I don't want to scare anyone (including myself b/c I am now 4 weeks pregnant again), but I had a missed m/c and felt nothing wrong- except intuition. I had no spotting or bleeding with it. The only reason I am sharing that is b/c I don't want people to believe that they can only miscarry w/ bleeding or pain. My baby died b/c the heart didn't beat properly. 1st u/s it was weak, the next not there at all. I have read it isn't that common to have a missed m/c, but be aware that it can happen. Sorry if I scared anyone.
