Hi-I'm an OB nurse, and can asure you that Zofran is very safe during pregnancy. We use it all the time for women with hyperemesis(uncontrollable vommitting during pregnancy). I have never seen any poor side effect on the baby, and rarely on the mother. About the worst is a little stomach ache or just not working well enough to control the vommitting.
