NO!!! Do not take Sudafed. The first time I went to get my allergy injections after finding out I was pregnant, my Immunotherapist refused to give me injections because I had stopped taking Allegra and the only Antihistamine they could give me in the office was Claritin-D which has a decongestant like Sudafed. Surprisingly per the Immunotherapist AND my OB it is okay to get allergy shots during pregnancy at low doses. Dr. told me to stop taking Allegra, Flonase nasal spray and to stay away from Sudafed. At her advice I switched to Claritin (without decongestant) and Rhinocort nasal spray. She refused to recommend any decongestant but suggested I use a nasal spray with salt water instead.
