Hi Jenny,

I am 20 wks also and was diagnosed withthe same thing yesterday. Mine is 23 mm. She told me not to worry (yeah right) and I should come back in 4 weeks for another ultrasound, just to check it. She did not tell me not to exercise, or to take it easy or anything. Anyway, what ended up happening with you?
