Pregnancy Info HOME

how does this get diagnosed in the first place? My doctor never does a vaginal ultrasound or pelvic exam now that I'm out of the first trimester. I'd like to know how I check to know whether I could have this. Are there any signs? (bleeding, etc). Thanks
