Yes I was put on amoxil at 8 weeks for a uti. I'm now 30 weeks and the baby is fine. My MIL had a uti and didn't treat it, it lead to a kidney infection, her being violently sick and miscarriage at 6 weeks so you should definately take the antibiotics. You'll be fine but you do need to take the antibiotics.
