they alway add on 2 weeks. cause you usually ovulate around 2 weeks after the first day of your period, so they count that in as well, even though you conceived on the 14th day. so when they say you are 4 weeks, you are actually 2 weeks counting from conception.
ask your doctor why she thinks it is due the 16th, maybe she got the dates wrong. wether you conceived on that 14th day or 10th or in between, doctors always count the due date 40 weeks from the first day of your period.
I would say either date doesn't make any difference now since you can give birth anytime from 16th to the 1st of june.
i really think you conceived the last week of august since that would be your most fertile days.
