Dont know myself but im having the same problem. I've been waking up during the night with cramps and they come and go during the day. Feminax tablets help!! It feels as if i should be comming on, but there are no signs of it happening. i've been on the NHS website and period cramps are associated with pregnancy. Is there anything else it could be?
