A blood test at the doctor's office didn't come back positive until I was a full 6 weeks pregnant - which both of the two girls I already have. That means I was 2 weeks late before the blood test was positive. By then we had given up on taking urine tests so I don't know if they would show + or not. I'm currently several days late (we've been trying for baby 3 for the last 4 years) with nausea, backache, no signs of impending period. I took a urine test this morning but it wasn't + ... see, even knowing blood tests take a long time to be + I just couldn't help myself. ;) Good luck!
