I'm 31 weeks. This is my one and ONLY pregnancy complaint, ACUTE pain below my RIGHT breast, along my ribs. On a scale of 1-10 it's an 8, only because I get tiny moments of relief. It intensifies with sitting up and walking. Is only soothed by sitting with my lower back arched, supported by a folded pillow. Otherwise no other discomforts. It's got to be an organ of some sort, we all seem to have it on the right only. By the way, I do not have a gall bladder, so I can rule that out. It's AWFULLY painful for being "normal/OK."
