I just started to get this right sided rib pain at 23 weeks. It is not constant however, feel it when I cough, sneeze, breathe deeply, burp, laugh. Sounds like your guy's pain is more in front, where mine is definately more on my side and yours sounds like it's constant. It's really annoying. Sounds like we just have to put up with it.
