I am so glad that I found this site!! I am currently 32 weeks but have been suffering with this same pain since week 28. The pain is always on my right side, and is concentrated on the front and back. My doctor has given me Tylenol with codine and just gave me some Vicodin, but trust me, nothing makes this pain go away. It also feels like the muscles in my back are clamped in a vice so I take a lot of baths and the heating pad has become my best friend. I agree with you all, you just have to hang in there because the pain is persistant. Even the chiropractor or physical therapy couldn't help me. I have found that laying on my left side to the baby rolls that direction take a lot of the pressure away. Ladies if you suffer this pain at work don't hesitate to lay on the floor in your office to take a little break. Everyone around me is supportive and they don't ask twice when they see me taking a break on the floor. Why is it that no doctor can figure this out? I am convinced that the baby is just irritating nerves in my back that make everything clamp up. I sometimes get relief too by just pushing the baby over myself. Best of luck to you all! I am counting the weeks until my baby is born.
