I'm 32 weeks and have the same pain on my right side wrapping around from my breast to my spine. Dr thinks baby is kicking my ribs and also the muscles between my ribs are stretching to accomodate him and my organs. its very painful sometimes but I find a warm bath helps and gently massaging the area. Its good to know its not just me - I thought I was a freak!
