A couple of months ago I had a terrible pain in my back on the left side. It was excruciating every time I moved,coughed ,sneezed or anything. I was very worried because I thought it may be my kidney but I had an ultrasound on my kidney and it was fine. Turns out that it was a strained muscle. I am 33 wks now and huge so it could have been straining from just getting out of bed which at times is very uncomfortable.
