My son is now almost 3 and I'm expecting another child this september, but I can remember all too well what all of you are expressing here. You're all right and justified in having your feelings of anxiety. Its totally normal. I cried like a toddler the night before I had to go back to work, and to make matters worse, the women I worked with were horrendous to me when I got back. But thats my story - yours doesn't have to be that way. What I really want to say is.... if you have to go to work, like so many of us do, you have to think of it like this.... its what you have to do to take care of your baby and give him/her the things he/she needs. It is what a good mother does. Don't let anyone make you feel like you're somehow not doing a good job. I know you're not going to work so you can afford manicures and new shoes. I know you would do anything for your babies....and this.... this is one of them. Be strong ladies. Lean on eachother. You need it now more than ever.
