Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I really wish I could take your worry away. I miscarried my first pregnancy at 11w6d Dec 23 08. We are due Oct 30 09, but we lost one of twins (one healthy baby still) at 9w2d recently.

I understand your feelings of apprehension and disbelief. Have you been in to see your ob or for an ultrasound yet? After the twin miscarried, the first time I heard the healthy baby's heartbeat and saw them on the ultrasound screen I cried for joy and it really relieved a lot of the tension and worry.

Have you told anyone yet that you're expecting? Having a few friends or family members to support you for the first while is a priceless help. Having other people get excited for you may boost your excitement too!
