After almost 2 years ttc, I had a m/c in Nov 08, followed two months later by an ectopic which ruptured. I also lost the right tube (or at least it won't ever function again). I know it's a really difficult and traumatic thing to go through. You will be in the doldrums for a while, there's nothing anyone can say or do to make it better but once you feel well enough, and once the doctor gives you the all clear, you should start trying again and I'm sure you will be pregnant soon. Two pregnancies in such a short time means you're pretty fertile. Don't get bogged down in statistics...honestly, in real life, they mean absolutely nothing.
I started trying again after 3 months, as per doctors advice (it wasn't keyhole surgery so my recovery was longer), and I've just gotten pregnant again, despite 3 fertility specialists telling me our only chance was IVF. I took Clomid 100mg and it worked on the 3rd go.
good luck!
