Hi ladies and thanks for your replies. I have a scan booked for tomorrow morning as I have had on and off brown spotting for a week now. I am getting really bad nausea all day at the moment which is so horrible but I am hoping this is a good sign and also the fact that I have had no red blood and no pain is hopefully good.
