Hey Gem...keep us posted and good luck. For me other then a loss of some pg symptoms (fatigue and nasuea) I didn't know I was miscarrying until my sono. I never had bleeding or cramping...and ended up having to have a D&C. I guess everyone is different.! Thinking of you! Stacie
