I had spotting on Christmas Day at 5 weeks. Thought that meant i had lost it but when it stopped the next day i went to get checked and was told it was ok. Had doctors appt new years eve and was again told it was ok. Had one really bad cramp that doubled me pover that day and my symptoms, nausea, exhaustion,peeing, all dropped off. The next day i woke up bleeding really heavy, ultrasound and blood test confirmed my mc. I was never told that they could check my hcg blood levels tho and by the day of mty mc they were really low so i'd suggest requesting these tests if your doctor doesn't offer them. Its the not knowing if it will be or not that makes it so hard.
