I just spotted mildly and had some minor stich like pain. Totally nothing, had worse in my first pg and all was well, but turned out baby had stopped growing at 8 weeks or less. I knew something was wrong 'cos my symptoms went down noticably within 2 or 3 days of a little bright red spotting. Good luck and as always, if you not sure go to you dr and git it checked out.
