I just had a miscarriage 2 days ago( at 11 weeks ) . I started having spotting here and there at around 4 weeks . It was very light and only happened once or twice again untill about 8 weeks . Then it was about once or twice a week . It would usually only last about 5 or 10 minutes and was after I went to the bathroom . Then on Thursday the light spotting continued all day . I had all different colors of spotting - pink , red , and brown . Thursday evening I awoke with horrible pains in my stomach that would get really bad about every minute or so ( they could have been contractions , I don't know ) . I woke my husband and went to the emergency room . As I got out the car to walk into the emergency room I felt a huge rush and the pain was gone . My pants were also soaked with blood . I continued bleeding for hours before I got a D&C . I don't think there is much they can do - if you are going to miscarry it is just going to happen . I just knew it was going to happen ,
