Tara S- Yea, I am pumping so hubby can help. He really enjoys it, so we both benefit from it. Well, until he leaves in a few weeks for 3 months. :( So, he is doing as much as he can right now. As far as exercising... I dont think you have to stop anything in the first trimester unless told so by your doctor. Just don't do saunas, hot tubs, etc. and make sure you drink lots of fluids and take your prenatals. :)
