Here once you have had a ceaser they dont let you have natural birth something about scare not holding out. My friend wanted to wait to have ceaser on July 1st (begining of finace year) that made her full term Dr didnt want to risk her going into labour shes had ceaser b4. Why wait cos here at the moment they pay you $3000 to have a baby and it goes to $4000 July 1st.
